many uses

I bought this Moon Cake Mold because I wanted to use it to not only make cakes, but to also use it to make cookies and cute sandwiches for lunches. The mold is about 6 1/2 inches tall, 2 inches deep and 3 inches wide. The mold comes with 5 interchangable design plates. The product instructions are written in chinese but there were photos on the packaging to tell me how to change out the design plates. It was easy to use and makes pretty designs of the food. The edge of the mold is a bit dull so it was harder to work with and get a clean cut when using it to make sandwiches. I used wheat bread this time but I will try it again with a softer bread. I am planning to use it to make colored sugar cookies for the holidays and I found an oreo moon cake recipe online that I will be trying with this mold. The mold has many different uses other than just making moon cakes. The mold and plates are made from BPA Free plastic.
