Great

Initially I was unimpressed with this; when I opened it the pillow did not immediately fill up with air like I was expecting it to. usually when you cut something that's been vacuum sealed it puffs right up, but this just kind of stayed limp. I was worried that I had wasted my money but when I came back a couple hours later it was just like the picture. This is a very comfortable pillow, and it's rather unusual how heavy it is- that was surprising to me. It cradles my head and gives without being completely without any structure or support at all, overall I am very very happy with this pillow and I would recommend it and order it again!
