My dog is older has has arthritis in her hips. She loves this bed! She will normally sleep on her old bed and the sofa. She mostly sleeps on this bed now. It is very soft and it molds to her body. The memory foam conforms to her body and when she is not on it the bed fluffs back up. I have a large dog (a lab mix) and it is the perfect size for her. I would definitely recommend this bed for any dog!
