Nice Fitness Tracker - Just mixed up order

Let me start by saying that this isn't the one I originally ordered (that's why 3 starts). It is a nice tracker, does majority of things like heart rate, blood pressure, etc. I had to charge it for 2 days to finally get it to turn on (now I can't figure out how to turn it off!) I contacted the company and the response I received " Thank you for your order. We have received your review and we feel so sorry about your problem. Due to we uploaded the opposite product image, causing you to receive the wrong product, and we have changed the image. About the tracker can not be turned on. We suggest that you can try to charge longer.if it still doesn't work, please contact us.
