Love this pillow. I can say that this pillow is absolutely worth the money. It's soft but not too soft, and I feel supported when I lay on it. I'm prone to neck aches and shoulder aches, but I've noticed that ever since I started using this pillow a couple weeks ago, the frequency and intensity of my neck and shoulder pains in the morning have dropped considerably.
