This item is a spool of 0.5 mm crystal elastic string. I'm finding it to be perfect for the jewelry making that my granddaughter and I have been doing! The spool has 50 mm of string and comes with a copper lead wire for beading purposes. I've not experienced any fraying of ends, nor any easy breakage. The thread is strong, hard to break and very invisible in the finished jewelry.  Awesome product!!
