Great for beginners

I had never used watercolors before so I wasn't really sure what I was getting into. This set was wonderful though. It included everything I needed (except the water, of course) and worked very well. I also let my son use it and he had no problems either. The paper is thick enough that even if you end up with it too watery, it doesn't drench the paper making it unusable. I actually found the paper to be perfect no matter how much water I used, which was great for a beginner that really didn't know what she was doing.
