I have very fine, dry hair so this is a huge lifesaver! I put it in lightly while my hair is still damp, before blowdrying. Just a little goes a long way, so you don't need much. The spray handle actually works really well to evenly distribute through hair, and then I usually comb through as well. My hair looks and feels so much softer and healthier!
