Too soon to say

I think it's hilarious how, your begged to input feedback on a product you've only had for 5 days. 

What I've noticed so far...

My skin is btighter...yep weird isn't it? I lead a good healthy lifestyle, minimum sugar and salt intake, no processed food and plenty of boiled & filtered water.

Adding anything to my diet has a large impact quite quickly however 5 days is too soon I think to take accurate results.

My hair is happier too, my hair was struggling with going from one season to the next, heating in buildings dries it out terribly, I've noticed it has got shinier.

My energy levels are on the up, although that could be the vitamin d also. 

I'm not hungry like I normally am, I lead a very busy life. Two jobs and several hobbies literally see's myself collapse into bed most days. I get very little sleep, I am healthy though because I look after myself, take various vitamins and minerals and juice my way throughout the day, I therefore eat minimal meals and what I do eat isn't processed. These supplements have made me feel satisfied. Therefore the hunger pains are no longer there. A big bonus!

I am Happy with the results I am seeing however I feel I could of done a better review had my results been allowed to mount and my findings recorded in more depth. 

Yes I recommend these because the results I have seen are promising and I'm going to continue to take them.
