This watch was easy to set up. Connected to the phone with no problem. Runs as well as my wife's watch which is an Apple Watch. She almost likes this watch better then hers. Like that it has a heart rate because it notifies when my rate is higher than normal informing me so I know when to sit down or take a drink of water to lower it. Very useful
