I like having felxable cutting boards because it makes getting my chopped up veggies into a bowl or in the frying pan. The thickness on these is perfect and I love the colors.
They do mark up fairly easy but I have yet to cut through one of them, but I also do not put a lot of pressure on them. They clean up easily and so far have not stained.
Over all they are working out great.
