I bought these for my dinosaur obsessed nephew for his 9th birthday. He was so excited to get dinosaur eggs and even more excited that he got to help them hatch. They were easy enough that he could break them apart on his own. My sister said they were a little messy but she just had him open them outside and the mess wasn’t a problem. The dinosaurs inside are not very big but they are big enough to play with after opening.
