Let me just start by saying this is the best trainer I have ever had. Let me go into detail why I say that. First off I received this trainer and IT FIT! Oh my goodness, yes I said it fit. Not only does it fit but it is super versatile and adjust. If I were bigger it would be able to adjust to my waist and still fit me. Let me just say I am not skinny, I need those extra inches. It is comfortable and made to be able to where while walking, working out, or simply doing chores. It definitely makes the core sweat and burn my flab. I am just overwelmed that this item is so comfortable and fits so well. I will still be able to use it as I lose weight, which I now think I have everything I need to succeed. Definitely recommend to buy, you will not be disappointed.
