I ordered this on October 28th and on the 29th I received a confirmation from the seller that the item shipped. They didn't provide a tracking number but I was given a delivery window of November 4th-10th. I waited several days before contacting the seller explaining I needed some kind of tracking because I didn't want my recliner sitting outside in the weather as it's unpredictable this time of year. Three day passed and no reply. So I contacted Amazon customer service and they sent a message to the seller. Of course the sell knew better than to ignore Amazon. Then the sell explains the chair is out of stock and stuck in the port and could not send out the order and a refund would be the best. There were 13 in stock when I ordered it and they already confirmed that it was shipped. So they lied, when the confirmed shipment. Then would not refund so I had to file an a-z claim with Amazon to get my refund.
I'm not very happy with this experience.
