I've always wanted one of these!

I cook a lot with fresh parsley and cilantro and it's hard as heck to  finely chopthem by hand witha regular knife. You just can't get the right flow and balance like you can with a cleaver. 

I knew the first time I chopped parsley with this item that I'd either keep it with mucho love or return it with uber malice. Luckily, it performed like a dream and chopped that parsley like a dream.  It's great for breaking chicken bones too when cutting up whole chickens. 

I generally have horrible luck with knives whether I spend a little or a small fortune. I just do. So, really wasn't expecting this one to work out either. My surprise was genuine when I saw how well and efortlessly it performed! If you have bad luck too and need SOMETHING, ANYTHING to go your way for once, give this a try.  It ACTUALLY lives up to the promises.
