I've struggled with insomnia on and off all my life and most mornings I wake up several times before my alarm goes off, making my sleep quality less-than-stellar. Since using this blanket, I've woken up significantly less and it seems like it takes less time for me to fall asleep. It feels really cozy and safe and I think (for me anyway) that helps.
I've used this just lounging around as well. I tend to get anxiety fairly often.
