Best steam straightener EVER.

I have no idea how steam straightens hair so I was VERY skeptical. My hair is 4a coil pattern (or so I'm told, not sure). I was certain this would cause my hair to frizz but it didn't! I let it air dry then roughly blew it out with a thermal Argan oil solution before starting. It definitely straightened my hair perfectly with 2 pass overs. My only problem is the reservoir where you put the water kept dripping. I have no idea why. I poured some of the water out and it still leaked. That was annoying. Also, it didn't add any shine to my hair. I had to use my regular products to add sheen. If I can stop the leaking its going to be a keeper! I order one before and the steam came out between the two pieces of ironing bars (if that makes sense) instead of ON the straightening like this one! It makes a world of a difference because it actually gets on your hair. My hair is noticeably softer and more manageable after only 1 use! Yes you will have to refill the water probably more than 1 tone depending on how thick your hair is but it does it all in way less time than my traditional iron. I’ve had this, among many other expensive irons but I needed something that wasn’t damaging to my hair. I noticed I was getting breakage in certain areas. This is the perfect fix! Go with this — it’s quality and works amazing! I like the adjustable temps too. I ordered this because my niece tried mine and ended up taking it home so I was left without. I was intrigued by it's steam aspect and I can definitely tell the difference. My hair is shinier and seems to stay straight longer without getting frizzy and poofy. It’s so easy to put the water in with the bottle that came with it and I only need to add every few times I use it. I love that it has a temperature selection option, my hair is thick so I need a little more heat. I also like the Auto-off feature in case I get sidetracked or distracted. The extra long cord is also very convenient.

In the end, I should mention that my question to myself after trying this product is "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE" I'm pretty impressed about this product that I am always excited to use them all the time after I shower. Its lightweight and very easy to use.Not too thick where you can accidentally burn your skin and not too thin where you need to do a lot of layering to achieve a beautifully smooth and silky straight hair. been using a flat iron for more than 10 years now and tried so many different styles but this one beat them all. Its perfect for on the go mom like me who has less time to get ready.Perfect for travel too coz it is not too bulky. I highly recommend this product. Once you tried this one you will never go back to your old boring straightener.
