Did not work

I picked this up hoping that it would help me "tune out" a little during all of the Covid craziness of having to be cooped up at home with the kids. I have a horrible time getting some down time with a family of 5 and was wanting something to help me with keeping some sanity during these trying times. But I have not had any luck getting it to work. They were not uncomfortable to wear, but I couldn't get them to sync up with my phone to listen to meditation apps or music. I read the instructions that come with them, fiddled with things, and had the kids try to fiddle with them as well. None of us had any luck. I don't know whether we simply have a bad set or if they are poorly made. Regardless, not something I would recommend. Good idea, but didn't work for us.
