This set of Artist oil based colored pencils is amazing. The colors are so vibrant and go on so smooth. The ability to mix gradients of color when drawing makes you feel like a true artist. Even the smallest of sketches springs to life. the white is opaque and creates such depth when blended with other colors. I literally impressed myself with my drawing... and i was just doodling!. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone whether you are an amateur or an aspiring professional. I know that my drawings look better using these high quality pencils. Such a great selection of colors that you want to use them all for detailing even the doodles you create! What is a surprising bonus is that they come in a durable case which will ensure that every color will be there when you need it, they will stay organized and you can transport them easily.
I had to buy a set for a friend who fell in love with my set! Great for gifting to all ages! The only thing that would make this pencil set better would be to include a couple of i high quality sharpeners and some nice specialty erasers in the set. looks great on different types of paper... from notebook...to professional sketchbook paper. I cant say enough about this set of pencils.
