I love to drink Tea and really wanted to treat myslef to a great Tea Set and this one is PERFECT! It is so Beautiful I almost hate to use it! But I will. Don't put it in the microwave because of the gold, but you can use a teapot to pour into the cup. The desing is amazing on both the cup and saucer and you will fell amazing drinking from it! Would be a great gift with some tea.
