I love this water bottle. It's a wonderful change to add fruits to your water as opposed to drinking plain boring water. Water is so important for our health and I cant drink as much as recommended because I get bored with no flavor. This allows me to drink a naturally flavored water and switch the flavor whenever I want. One of my favorites is to add cucumbers. It's very refreshing. Another favorite is adding lime.
