The first thing I'd reccomend with this Headache and Migraine Relief Cap is to make sure you lay the ice packs flat in your freezer or you'll have a heck of a time getting them in the cap. My daughter gets frequent headaches and she said that the cooling cap provided her some much needed relief. I feel like this would be helpful for relief from fevers too.
