Wearing face masks are mandatory in most places in our area. They can be constricting and a bit difficult to wear especially when I have to do a lot of talking. The masks also get hot and are difficult to breath in after wearing them for an extended amount of time. I decided to purchase these 3D face brackets to use with our masks. We use cloth masks and have several different styles. These worked in all of them even in the children’s masks. I marked the placement of these brackets in all of our masks and sewed a small elastic loop in each mask. The brackets have a small clip on each side that will slide right into the elastic loop to keep it secure in our masks. My husband uses double sided tape to keep the bracket in place when he uses disposable masks while he works. These brackets help to keep the mask away from the face for more comfortable breathing but still makes the mask effective when used properly.

These are made from flexible silicone material and can be easily washed to sanitize after use. It can also prevent my makeup from getting messed up or staining my mask. The brackets are lightweight and come in a set of 6 so I have enough for my entire family to use. My husband and daughter also use these in their neck gaiters with filters by slipping them into the sewn in pockets (they put the bracket in behind the filter) inside their gaiters. They work great and make the masks more comfortable to wear.
