fun to play with

My daughter loves to play with this sand. I also like playing with it with her. It is fun to watch the sand come "alive" and magically move. This kit came with 4 pounds of bue sand and lots of molds. The molds are quite thin and a couple of them were broken when we recieved it. It also comes with an inflatable tray along with a hand pump but we did not use it more than once because it is hard to clean up. The sand gets trapped under the edges of the tray and the design makes it difficult to be able to dump the sand into a storage container. I purchased a large round plastic deep tub container for my daughter to use when she plays with this. It keeps the sand from going all over the place and it makes for an easier clean up. We have left the sand uncovered in the tub for several days and it does not affect the quality of the sand. My daughter's hands did turn blue after playing with the sand for awhile but she was able to wash the color off with soap and water.
