These eye masks are the perfect solution for the people that get massive headaches or just need to relax.  There are two to this set and they come with packs that you can warm up in the microwave and place inside the eye pieces for warmth.  Each eye mask is nice and very soft, relaxing and super easy to use.  We were very impressed with how easy it was and how soft they felt on our eyes.  They are great for meditation, travel or just to take a quick nap.  The moist heat eye compress is the perfect solution for migraines. as well.
