As a night worker I often struggle falling asleep in the day time even with clack out blinds and have found blindfolds effective however I have eyeleash extensions and most will crush or cause lash loss. Because these are 3D I'm able to Wear them comfortable without any issues. They're comfy round the head as can be adjusted... there's ear plugs too but I havent Used them so can't comment but they're soft and pliable
