This little fan is very effective and powerful and is easy to use.  When I am at my desk, dying in the heat, I turn on this fan and it makes life so much better and more comfortable.  I can set it so that it can either be blowing hard or just blowing gentle and I can clip it to make it more secure so it can't be knocked over.
