I love this springform pan by #Cookares. It's 10 inches in diameter and is the perfect size for my cheesecakes! Not only can I ba kn e in it very easily, but I can transport my baked creations with ease, as it comes with a cover lid and carrying handle. The bottom releases from the side wall so that once the cake or cheesecake is safely delivered you can display it in full to look terrific on the dessert table, you can slice it easily. The only drawback is that it is only 2 1/2 inches deep so if you wanted a larger cheesecake you'd have to use two and stack them once you're done transporting them. This is nonstick so cleanup is a snap. I love the bonus of spatula and recipe booklet. It comes in a nice box perfect for every baker on your shopping list.
