I got a 2 pack of magnetic belts for my skinny twins. I got a black and a navy, which is great so they can tell which one is theirs. My kids just turned 8 and one is smaller than the other. This fits them both with lots of room for growth. Tightening doesn't make it bulky at all. The magnetic clasp is super strong. It takes some effort even for me, so it won't just pop off.
