I have been searching for a good pillow for a long time. I sleep in my stomach and haven't been able to find one that I could curl up in my arms and hold. This one has hit the spot. You can adjust the amount of foam to meet your needs. I like a fluffy pillow and I can make this one fluffy or take out some fluff. It comes compressed in a box rolled up, when I first opened it I thought well another waste of money but was I ever wrong. I took it out and read the instructions. I place it in the dryer for a little bit and out came a miracle. I no longet have a sore neck and shoulders when I get up. It is very well made and nice quality. The price is unbelieveable compared to some name brands I have wasted money on. I will be ordering more of this one. My family keep trying to take it.
