A keyboard is only as good as its keys, and this is where the SOWTECH "gaming keyboard" falls down in a big way. Some people really do prefer membrane keyboards, but there's no denying that the membrane keyboard's day as a top-notch gaming peripheral has passed. Membrane offers very little in the way of tactile feedback, and if a switch malfunctions, it's not easy to replace.
Typing on the keyboard felt just the same as typing on a standard Dell office keyboard. I mean sure it does have some nice features but this is in no way for actual gamers, for an average kid playing Minecraft or Roblox maybe but that is about it.
The contruction of this keyboard was sub par I was able to bend/flex without a problem (a sign of poor contruction). What makes it worse is that it is 28 bucks, to some this may seem like not much however there is plenty other keyboards for 30 bucks or less that is better.
Another thing that sucked was the usb cable coming off it was too short I was barely to connect it to my pc from my desk will forcing to plugin so there was no slack in the cable.
Pros:
Has 3 different LED colors to choose from
Has 1 different lighting mode
easy to clean
has hot keys
works
decent looking
Cons:
Not really for gamers
Membrane (not mechanical or a hybrid)
no tactile feedback
some keys are stiff
actuation point/force below average
Seems like another copy and paste keyboard
Not any better than a dell keyboard
Poor build quality
Short USB cable
