Enjoying sharp knives and scissors!

I just got this and have been sharpening everything in my kitchen that I can get my hands on!  It's easy enough to use, and especially love the scissors feature.  I have about 10 pairs of dull scissors.  Scratch that, I HAD 10 pairs of dull scissors.  I have sharp ones now.  I am still getting the hang of it but it's easy enough...this item cost less than a new pair of kitchen scissors, so I feel that it's a better choice than re-buying cheaper knives and scissors going forward.  And how nice to know I can just flick the knives through as often as needed and not suffer with dull blades anymore.
