I purchased these because I injured my arm a couple years ago and the strength has never come back completely.
I didn't really expect much when I purchased them but the price was right.
Boy was I surprised! They give my hand a workout! I assumed they would squeeze easily. Thatw as not the case at all!
Over time I totally expect these to help regain my strength!
