i really thought this would be a gel pack that you can heat up easily in the microwave or freeze in the freezer...it was really hard to activate the heat pad by pressing the coin!the gel pack feels super uncomfortable when its hard!to heat it up you have to put it in boiling water!it takes forever and then it is too hot! i would NOT buy this again!its just inconvinient to use to me!
