4 CHUNKY SQUARE WINE BOTTLE STOPPERS

~ What ~
Made of black ABS plastic with inner rubber seals, this set contains 4 all-in-one vacuum bottle stoppers that can be used to keep wine in glass bottles fresher longer. Measuring 3 inches tall and 1.8 inches square, each stopper has a push-down section that secures it to the inside of the bottle as it adheres to the outside of the glass. Instructions and warranty are included in its box.

~ Why ~
This set makes a nice gift for those that enjoy wine or want to keep carbonated drinks fizzy longer. I like that they are easy to use by pushing the top down, which releases the air inside. There are 30 notches along the top round section that can mark date of use. It is nice that they can be put in the freezer, refrigerator, or dishwasher.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like dealing with wine or bottle stoppers and simply set a cork in the top of the bottle, hoping to keep it fresh. Others may find that the stoppers stick inches out of the bottle, perhaps unable to fit standing up in the refrigerator. Having had a stopper in a bottle break in my refrigerator, I am skeptical of any stopped bottle resting on its side as it was a major mess to clean up.

~ Wish ~
I wish the stoppers came in a designer box as it would make them look more high-end and classy. Online mentions the stoppers are “date time,” but the instructions have no information, so it is up to the buyer to notice the notches.

~ Want ~
This a nice set of wine stoppers that would make a thoughtful gift for the wine novice to connoisseur.
