have recently moved over from normal sponge blenders to silicon ones as I find I have less waste with my foundation as unlike a sponge these silicon blenders don’t absorb the liquid and therefore what you need stays on your face
personally I find them more hygienic just because you can wash them and know that they are clean
They blend the colour well on your face and having El3 means I can carry one in my handbag make up bag
