It's not the first time I am using magnesium and I also familiar with this brand. In my personal opinion this is trustworthy brand, supplements are good quality. I am very pleased it is vegan and also that I feel improvement. I excersise regulary and it helps with my perfomance, also it is very helpful with my muscle cramps. Great supplement!
