I was looking for the perfect accessory for my Christmas Sleepover outfit. I thought this hat would be a nice festive addition. When I opened the package I was excited to see the lights. I was also excited about the colors! I expected this hat to spice up my outfit. I was disappointed the lights didn't work. Would have been great if they worked. Would make a excellent gift for anyone wanting a little extra this holiday season.
