This is a great thermometer !! I have only used it for meat and fish so far and it has taken temps in about 5 seconds,it has an LED readout that is very easy to read, and it is a nice sturdy probe that automatically shuts itself off in 10 minutes. You can use Farenheit or Celsius degrees !! I am loving it !!
