Alot smaller than I thought it would be. However it works perfect.
This pillow comes in a nice bag with a big red bow. Also an extra pillow cover.
Now on to how this pillow works, it does, I have had 3 neck surgery and still have problems with my neck and this little gem has really helped. I higher end fits nicely under my neck. And my arms do not get tingley.
It does smell, but the smell goes away after being aired out for about 24hrs.
