I bought this because it looked really pretty in the picture and you can change out the different stones for different outfits! I have no idea about healing qualities or anything like that. I will say that it is made of a nice quality, sturdy metal and is prettier in person than in the pictures! The chain is a decent length and I think it is a really nice accent piece of jewelry.
