This holds the water just fine, plugs in and turns on just fine, but it just doesn't blow any air. You have to literally put your hand directly in front of the vents to feel anything at all. The air does get quite cold, it just doesn't go anywhere once it gets out of the vent which makes it absolutely useless at any price range. It was a good deal compared to others, but if it doesn't work then what is it really worth?
