This is a polyester curtain liner so it can be put in the washer to be sleaner and dried on delicate (thats what I do) and not stick or get ruined like vinyl liners. It is durable and nore sanitary. I gave 4 stars because the shower curtain rings coulda been round instead of oval and metal instead of plastic.
