Works well. I have an issue with the plaque around the base of certain teeth. I generally use a flosser to try and get it off. It's generally really difficult and I don't get it all. I brushed my teeth with the this toothbrush and was able to get the plaque off fairly easy. This will make for easier visits to the dentist.
