This product is great for running or sleeping listening to music as it's not thick material like some this is thinner and very comfortable to wear as don't make your head warm the sound quality is great I have used this while at the gym and out running on my own also very comfortable to listen to music while falling to sleep. I have never used any product like this before but found it easy to work and understand what to do.
