This pillow is perfect for my 22 month old! We had bought a different organic toddler pillow for him a few months back but it is too puffy for him. This pillow is just the right thickness for a first pillow while still being soft and the fact that it has pillow cases is a huge plus since you can just switch them out and wash them when they get dirty! Would definitely recommend it as a first pillow.
