I love baking Chinese bread and this is a perfect mat for my hobby. I use to use a wooden board to do all the mixing and kneading and has to find a place to store. The wooden board is big and heavy though it is really designed for a long term solution. But this mat is so light and is easy to store anywhere in my kitchen. Love it.
