This is a cute little pot. It is stainless steel and does exactly what I want it to do. Perfect for an apartment or table top kind of cooking. No you cannot fry a whole turkey. But it does finger foods just fine. This is a nice and versitile peice I almost did not give to my older kids. Should have gotten one for me too.
