HUH

This item is junk. It looks and feels nice, but it won't sink. It can't be seen through the USB. I purchased a card for more memory, I wound up loading the card directly from my computer and inserted it. It can't find it. I tried upgrading, I don't know whether or not it upgraded. There are absolutely no instructions in regards on how to load it or connect it. What good is an MP3 player that doesn't sink? I had another of this company's products and had the exact same problem. At the time I didn't know that these 2 products were made by the same company. I really liked the idea of Bluetooth connection, but what good is that if it can't find the music loaded on it? I loaded all my music on the purchased card, it can't find it. The only thing it will play is the one song that came loaded on it. I am sorely disappointed because I think this could be a good product if it worked.
