Now I can enjoy my steaks more cause they will be tender.
I remember growing up and having a hammer tenderizer my parents used to tenderize the meats... so I was excited when I found this 48-Blade Ultra Sharp Stainless Steel Needles Tenderizer Kitchen Tool for Steak, Chicken, Fish and Pork by cusibox. Its different then what I grew up with but still works for tenderizing meats.. for me it will be mainly steak and chicken... I always seem to but steak and even though the package says tender, I cook it and it comes out very tough and I end up throwing it away which means no more wasted money, cause steak is expensive which is why its a rare food that we get but when I do get it I want to be able to eat and enjoy it, and now I can with this tenderizer. I got mine in white and it comes with a lock when not in use and unlock when in use so no one gets cut cause they are very sharp blades.. and a case over it so its protected in between uses.
